Producing an award winning Methode Cap Classique sparkling wine initially vinified by Pieter Ferreira from Graham Beck Wines, Bramon has now secured supreme bubbly maker Anton Smal from Villiera acclaim, as their vinifier and cellar master. Bramon has now released their 2008 MCC which has been left longer on the lees for more mouth feel, a finer bubble and with melon aromas and hints of green pepper. The addition of 'The Crags' a beautiful still Sauvignon with a granadilla and passion fruit nose has added to the Bramon range. New cultivars planted are increasing the range and uniqueness Bramon has become synonymous with and will be vinified in the cellar currently being built.
